Hey hey hey! Finally! VO2 Max has been upgraded to 49! The last upgrade (from 47 to 48) was on 12th of Jan, that's about six weeks ago. About time!

Steps, Floors & Sleep
According to this data, I have taken more steps than 99% of Garmin users and have climb stairs more than 98% of other users. ☺
Hang On A Second! It says I only sleep more than 14% of other users? Really? 7 hours and 30 mins are already my highest in almost five years (thanks to this MCO). What in the world is everybody else doing? Sleeping all the time? I mean seriously, average sleeping hours of 8-8.30 hours for age group of 45-49? That can't be real. But then again, challenging this figure also imply that the above two figures are not accurate, so I better suck it up and accept it.
