Sinking Ship
If you are on a sinking ship, will you seek to get aboard another ship or be the last to leave? And if you are the last to leave, does that make you a good leader? And if it does make you a good leader, does it make you a good person in a sense that are you being responsible to your family and yourself? One thing that we can be sure of is that you are being responsible to the ship. However, if you are not the owner of the ship, will you still be the last to leave? And will it end well? Meantime, in many occasions when the ship is going down, the owner is the first to dispose the ship (whilst there is still value to it). Does that make him a bad leader? Perhaps so, but he sure is a good businessman.
