Std Chart Marathon 2018
This year’s Standard Chartered Marathon is earlier than previous year. Though I am not as prepared as prior year with much lesser practices, I am advantages amid lighter body weight. I started the race sprinting (in the first 3km) but really slow down in the balance 7km, although I didn’t stop running in most part of the race (with the exception of 1 short up hill session and drinking station). I finish the race 1 hour 6 mins 21 seconds, which is 8 minutes faster than last year and last 4 attempts since 2013. Ranking is 240 vs 398 the year earlier. Result is satisfying although not sure if I can keep this result (as well as body weight) in future race.
