Second 3D2N trip to Genting Highland this year. We also stayed at Ion D'Element, however, we chose a much bigger "King Size" apartment. at a slightly higher cost. Apart from the space, the apartment is also significantly cleaner and with much better view.
This trip is not as 'foggy' as the April trip, however, the first day is really cold, one of the coldest experience in Genting (around 17C-18C).
Been 15 years since the last skytrek. This 'Intermediate' route is significantly lower and easier than the last 'Advance' route that we took. Lots of flying fox and just basically flying from one tree to another. The whole journey still took about two hours, including tutorial session.
After three consecutive disappointing races this year, I surprisingly did very well in this race. Its my second best 10km race ever, 5'26/km (versus expectation of between 5'40 and 5'50/km).
The route is good. Weather is fine. The view is pretty good too.
Next race- Boom 30km on Sept 14th.
After several days of research on Speed/light head Badminton Racket, I have decided to go for Yonex-Nanoflare, which is less confusing than Li Ning & Victor.
Nanoflare has 4 main 'active' series, namely 1000, 800, 700 and Nextage, with Nextage being the cheapest version. Each series has 4 grades- Pro, Tour, Game and Play respectively. Pro is most stiff and Play is most flexible. "Play" grade is about RM 300 and "Game" Grade is RM 459. The Pro grade is made in Japan, Tour & Game grade are made in Taiwan and the Play grade is made in China.
First ever Parent & Child double competition. We enter a under 15 category, which is a slight disadvantage as the next category is under 12. I am also quite unprepared despite be in training for more than 6 months. The results are 0 win 2 losses (double elimination method) and results are not as bad as I thought.
Congratulations Xin Xin for winning a total of 3 medals- Gold for 4x100meter relay, Silver for 80meter individual and Silver for High Jump. This is a surprise dur to her lack of practices (and also talent). This is also a significant improvement from last year, which she received a silver and a bronze.
This year appears to be affected by various sickness.
Here's the summary:-
Feb: Sick (cough/flu) during CNY
April: I had a bad flu/cough that last for two weeks. Eye infection.
May: Bad food poisoning that last for two weeks.
Jun: Hemorrhoid operation plus cough/sore throat.
This reminds me of how lucky I was last year with really hardly any sickness.
Not a good one. Four major area of concern.
1. Full Blood Count (Haemoglobin i.e. Red blood cell) - LOW 11.5 (range 13-18)
All sub categories under full blood count are therefore low.
2. Low Lymphocytes and high Monocytes indicate White Blood Cell suggest infection/inflammation.
3. Liver function- High Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase of 85 (12-73)
4. Kidney Function- Urea Nitrogen high of 8.4 (2.5-6.5) and low Estimated GFR of 79 (>90)

With almost hundred of weapons in Fallout 76, here's my top weapons
1. Railway Riffle.
Surprisingly being the most powerful weapon in game, it is easy to get and easy to upgrade.
2. Fixer
My first main weapon that took a long time to 'mod' to my liking. Its powerful but not as smooth as I wish. Good for sneaky player like me.
3. Handmade
This weapon is very similar to fixer. It is slightly weaker but it is a lot more smoother.
4. Tesla Riffle.
A 'tag' weapon that is ideal for quest. Pretty powerful and has cool animation.
5. Cremantor
My only non-Commando build. I have yet to 'mod' this heavy-gun to my preference and probably not my style.
Final result is 2 hours 2 minutes 28 seconds, in an under distance race of 20.5km, therefore average pace is 5 min 58 seconds per km. This i...
