The discomfort in the back part of tight, possibly hamstring, is causing irritation particularly in (1) driving seating position and (2) sprint running.
As much as I wish to 'cheat' the smart watch, it is able to detect my body's discomfort and VO2 Max has dropped to as low as 46/47 range (from the usual 48/49 range two months ago).
Unfortunately I haven't found a real solution to this and it sure doesn't seems like a quick fix. Hope it doesn't change my year end full marathon plan.
