Running Pace
My last 3 run set a best pace of 6.48min/km (with a total distance of 2km). That is pathetically slow compared to my last 10km run in 2019 of about the same speed but over a total distance of 10km. I need to work on the speed. I need to work on the distance (i.e. stamina). Target is 6 min/km. Perhaps with a bit of peer pressure (i.e. running in a group) can help me achieve that.
