The blood test results are out. Most results appear to be in control with the exception of rather high cholesterol. It looks like I should consume a lot more red wines. Oh gosh, I just realize I was surrounded by some 400 bottles of wines. Who wish to join me? (Make sure your wallet is loaded with cash though haha).
Talking about wines, it is getting rather annoying with my documents & wines stored in 4 difference places (2 home and 2 offices). I should spent the next two weeks to reduce to just one. After all, a home should just be a house without any after working hour’s documents.

high colestrol due to aging? or preasure? or too good life so eat too much, sleep too much!!
I think its due to not enough red wine.. since wine will reduce cholesterol...
