The God Parade at Johor is a very meaningful event that is full of culture, religious and although it is extremely crowded and tiring, it is still worth participating this once a life time experience. Seeing it in videos and photos just doesn’t give you the thrill.

If you don't go to the Great Wall if you visit Beijing then you are not a hero. If you don't eat wantan mee when you visit Pontian (Ben Zen), then you are really Ben (Stupid).

Not at home

What's special with this photo? Yupe. The god statue is not at home. It only happened once a year where the god statue will be out for parade for 3 days.

Li Chun

Li Chun. The first day of Spring or I often call it “the day the egg stand tall”. Guess what? We give it a try for the first time today and it really does work.

I have been wearing the Mi-band2 for the entire year. The final results are as follow:- Average sleeping time= 6 hours 33 mins with deep sleep of 1 hour and 18 mins (20%). Average walking/steps of 6,968 per day for the year of 2017 (87% of target).

Today mileage of my Passat hit exactly 40,000km. That’s pretty high consider I only own the car for 568 days. That is an annualized usage of 25,685 km per year. On the other hand, this car has high depreciation, therefore I should maximize the usage inst

ead of sitting in the garage.

The Great Britain Circus

We went to the circus! That’s the first ever circus experience for the kids and for Sa. The kids sure enjoy the show, particularly when it comes with toys (swords with lights) and junk food.

HY Graduates!

Time flies as HY has graduated from Kindergarten school! It is a fantastic event that I am pretty sure primary, secondary and even college graduates won’t be able to match. There are plenty of performances too. It commences with a group singing, swearing from the graduates, follow by a ground band, two dancing performances (one from class and another from Full day students), the actual graduation and graduates singing (three songs). I don’t remember doing anything at all for my kindergarten graduates, except maybe wearing the hat.
