House renovation version 3.0

This is the third major renovation in the house. First is prior to moving in back in year 2007. Second is in year 2015 and involves extension at the back of the house. This third renovation involves not so major work, in the initial plan but required us to move out of the house as the renovation is in the middle of the house. A three week’s plan end up being seven weeks due to continuously increase in commitment in the original renovation plan.

Under attack/raid

We are under attack/raid!! Anti corruption, Inland Revenue, Kastam! We are under attack in 3 major areas. What’s next? Immigration? Police? The Army?

An optimist will say that this is an excellent experience. Not many can have similar encounter in their life time.

Placement in Primary School

Every six years Old's parents nightmare begin. Fighting for a placement in their desire school after being rejected in their initial application. Appeal! Connection! Donation! Everybody will use their respective strength to achieve their goal. Good luck for all the 6-years Old's parent. Good luck to myself.

The government allocate HY to this school- Kwong Hon. Never heard before and its definitely 'out of the way' from our house from any direction. Appeal! Connection! Donation! Guess I have to do them all.

Hiking @ Wawasan Hill

Probably one of the easiest track to summit, however, doing so with a 6 years old (5+ to be exact) is something different! Well done Hong Yi! Summit without breaking a sweat!

Milestone

Today marks a two year anniversary working in current firm. It’s such a pronounce event that we went for celebrating. It may sound silly for celebrating such milestone, however, the photo will illuminate the significance of this milestone.

Pop quiz, “What’s one common thing in the photo?”

I will visit them all one of these days, but until then, they remain in my wish list.

Medals

These are my running medals in recent years. I just completed 2017 Standard Chartered 10km Run and my results are better than last year and as good as 2014. My body hasn’t aged much (or that's at least what I am trying to deceive myself into).

Shoemaker

I am the shoemaker waiting for his elves. I have to dream more. Miracle will happen. Oh yes it will, for if it does not, I will be doomed. Elves, elves, where are you?
