Winter in Malaysia
We are experiencing "Cold" Weather in Malaysia in the past week or so. Temperature as low as 22C in the evening and below 30C during the day although there's plenty of tiny "miserable" rain. It really does feel like "winter" in Malaysia. This great weather is ideal for a Run, which I did some of my longest run (11km+) and also did another Personal Best for 5km (at 28min 41sec or pace of 5.43/km). If only this weather last.

Well the last 10km run maybe questionable but this 5km personal best is 100% accurate.

New Record for 10km
Finally did my 10km run below 60 minutes.
It is not a real race and the results are bit in accurate (due to GPS issue, it states 55mins50seconds but its more of a 57mins 30 seconds). Nonetheless, it is a personal best. It is below 60 minutes and it boost my confidence for future real 10km race and future half marathon.
