Attacked by Covid

Alas! Attacked by Covid! Training for Half Marathon next month was totaly destroyed. In fact, I am not even sure if I am able to recover on time to even complete the race.

Asic Running Club

My first experience with Asic Running Club appears to be a lot harder than I anticipated. The 12.7km run at average pace of 6'17 felt to be a lot harder due to the final 15 minutes hard fininshing. The elevation didn't help too.
