Body Temperature

The Normal Body Temperature for human being is 36C to 37C, with 35C being Hypothermia. With the fear of Covid-19, everyone is measuring everyone's body temperature whenever entering any premises.

It is however, quite common for myself being "measured" to be 33C-34C body temperature for whatever faulty reason. Everyone seems to be only concern with high body temp (i.e. potential Covid-19 carrier) but not the super low temp (which is potentially a Zombie?)

Watch out for the Virus! Forget about the Zombie. He come in peace!

Who is the biggest and boldest wine to pair with heavy flavoured steak?

Today our entries include Barolo, Brunello and Garnacha from Spain. Everyone has their own preference in terms of which wines are the best, however, the Garnacha from Spain is definitely the King of Big & Bold, follow by the Barolo.

Wine Tasting Sept 19

Good wines to pair with the spicy Si-Chuan cousin. The Champagne Lombard Grand Cru is still excellent despite vintage 2004. The natural wine Pinot Noir is good and the Monastrell is also very different. Good to try different pairing.
